The Company

PSG Investimentos is an investment boutique that structures, manages and invests in real estate projects, specifically in commercial, industrial, retail, and hospitality assets. PSG is an abbreviation for "Positive Sum Game", a negotiation scenario in which all parties gain. It is with this spirit that the Company was founded, to provide gains for its clients and shareholders by creating long term relationships.

The Company provides innovative financial solutions that make possible leveraged and un-leveraged investments, either directly or by use of its subsidiaries. The company also invests proprietary capital in its projects on a case by case analysis. The company is administrated by executives with distinct and complementary roles, which contributes to agile decisions and a low over-head cost, thus increasing the client’s gain.

The partners participate directly in all the projects, insuring complete dedication and commitment, guaranteeing the use of Company’s expertise in each project.

The Company focuses primarily on two separate approaches on real estate investment: development of real estate projects with proprietary capital and the management and investment of third party’s capital in real estate based projects.

PSG Real Estate

Is dedicated to developing real estate projects with proprietary capital such as build-to-suit and sale-leaseback through use of REITs, investment funds and SPVs. As a result, the Company develops commercial, industrial, hospitality and retail projects and may leverage funds by use of structured debt products such as Mortgaged Backed Securities (MBS) or Asset Backed Securities (ABS).

The Company provides tailor-made solutions for its clients so that they may expand their business without increasing their exposure to debt or increasing the hard assets on their balance sheets and thus allowing them to invest in their core business. Additionally, the clients may finance themselves using their hard assets through use of a sale-leaseback structure and as a consequence increase its current assets ratio.

PSG Gestora

Focuses on the development and management of real estate projects, funded directly by independent investors, that are aligned with their needs regarding risk exposure, capital costs, target areas, industry, and capital structure.

Its approach towards these projects reflects its commitment to transparency and dedication to investors’ directives, which are determined upon the pre-investment phase and subsequently approved prior to capital deployment.
